About Us
The Little Scholar was set up in NOIDA 18 years ago from own house with 8 students, as at that time there was a great need for a play school. It has changed three locations since then the school has grown and enjoys an excellent reputation among major schools in NOIDA where each year the students has not only succeeded to get admissions but have excelled.We have had the pleasure of having eminent personalities of NOIDA presiding over the Annual Day Functions such as CEO NOIDA-Mr. Vishwanathan, Principals of Sommerville School- Mrs. Tressler, Cambridge School- Dr. Alka Tiwari, Amity International-Mrs. Mohina Dar, DPS Vice Pincipal-Ms. Renu Saxena, DM Noida, CEO Greater Noida-Mrs. Vibha Puri Das, Mr Y K Bhal, ACEO Mr. Tanveer Zafar Ali and others.
Evening Classes:
The Little Scholar is operating from a plot measuring 1132 sq. meter by the NOIDA Authority for the construction of a play school and a crèche which caters for the children from 6 months to 8 years.
School is a modern and innovative play school, the building is proposed to occupies 40% of the plot and the balance 60% is utilized as a play area. The play area has most modern play equipment such as swings, slides, jungle gym, etc and has its own swimming pool with a filtration plant and a small auditorium for the children and a gymnasium.
The classrooms are designed to accommodate 20 students and is staffed by one qualified teacher and one junior teacher, so that each individual student is given personal attention in his or her development during the stay in the school. The classrooms are modeled on the basis of play schools in USA, with play area included.
Evening classes for skating , Tae-kwon-do, swimming, arts & crafts, drawing, tutions, spoken english and creative writing & mental math are open for children from other schools.
